摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法鉴别五味子与南五味子。方法采用RP-HPLC,以五味子甲素峰为参考峰,色谱柱:DIKMADIAMONSIL C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(65∶35);检测波长:254 nm。结果在选定的色谱条件下,对五味子与南五味子进行系统聚类与判别分析,提供了稳定可控的液相色谱图。结论能够满足鉴别五味子与南五味子的要求;采用系统聚类与判别分析和液相色谱技术鉴别五味子与南五味子是切实可行的。
OBJECTIVE To identify fuctus schisandrae chinensis and fructus schisandrae sphenantheae by RP-HPLC. METHODS DIKMA DIAMONSIL C ms column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)was used. The mobile phase was metharrol-water(65:35 ) and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS Using above optimum chromatography conditions, the HPLC of relative medicinal materials was established. CONCLUSION HPLC can be used for identification of fruetus schisandrae chinensis and fructus schisandrae sphenantherae by Cluster Analysis and Discriminant Analysis.
