摘要
目的建立元胡药材中脱氢延胡索碱含量测定方法。方法色谱柱使用Diamonsil C-18（250×4．6mm，5μm）；乙腈-0．2％醋酸（18：82）为流动相；检测波长为340nm；流速1mL·min^-1。结果盐酸脱氢延胡索碱在进样量0．1630～1．6304μg范围内线性关系良好，回归方程为：y=1553．5x＋1．3061，r=0．9999；平均回收率为97．9％，RSD为1．38％，n=9。结论本方法简便，灵敏，准确，重现性好，可用于元胡药材的含量测定和质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of dehydrocorydaline in Rhizoma Corydalis by HPLC. METHODS The analysis was carried out on Diamonsil C-18 （250 ram ×4.6 ram, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid （18： 82） ; wavelength was 340 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1. RESULTS The liner range of dehydrocorydaline was 0. 163 0- 1. 630 4μg. Regression equation was Y = 1 553.5X ＋ 1. 306 1 ,r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 97.9% with RSD = 1.38% （ n = 9 ）. CONCLUSION The methods is accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis for Rhizoma Corydalis.
