摘要 目的建立元胡药材中脱氢延胡索碱含量测定方法。方法色谱柱使用Diamonsil C-18(250×4.6mm,5μm);乙腈-0.2%醋酸(18:82)为流动相;检测波长为340nm;流速1mL·min^-1。结果盐酸脱氢延胡索碱在进样量0.1630~1.6304μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:y=1553.5x+1.3061,r=0.9999;平均回收率为97.9%,RSD为1.38%,n=9。结论本方法简便,灵敏,准确,重现性好,可用于元胡药材的含量测定和质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To determine the content of dehydrocorydaline in Rhizoma Corydalis by HPLC. METHODS The analysis was carried out on Diamonsil C-18 (250 ram ×4.6 ram, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid (18: 82) ; wavelength was 340 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1. RESULTS The liner range of dehydrocorydaline was 0. 163 0- 1. 630 4μg. Regression equation was Y = 1 553.5X + 1. 306 1 ,r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 97.9% with RSD = 1.38% ( n = 9 ). CONCLUSION The methods is accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis for Rhizoma Corydalis.
