摘要
通过对TY220推土机变速箱故障、转向离合器故障、变矩器故障的诊断,对其液压传动系统进行了故障排除;随后给出了推土机液压变速系统故障以及跑偏现象相应的诊断和排除方法,最后提出了推土机的整机保养方案。实践表明,故障诊断、排除方法准确率很高,整机保养方案可有效延长推土机的使用寿命。
The fault diagnosis and trouble-shooting of hydraulic system of TY220 bulldozer are carried out in terms of the fault diagnosis of gear box, steering clutch as well as torque converter. Relevant methods of diagnosis and trouble-shooting are given for fault of hydraulic speed control system and off-tracking of bulldozer. Finally the maintenance plan is given. The practice indicates that the methods of fault diagnosis and trouble-shooting have high accuracy, and the maintenance plan can effectively extends the life of bulldozer.
