摘要
为研究稀土对红花种子萌发和种苗初期生长的影响,给稀土用于红花的优质高产栽培技术提供生理生化依据,利用不同浓度稀土溶液浸泡红花种子,测定种子萌发和种苗初期的各项生理生化指标。结果表明:50 mg/L和100 mg/L的稀土溶液是处理红花种子的适宜浓度,能够促进红花种子的萌发,稀土能够提高红花的脱氢酶和硝酸还原酶的活性,有利于物质的转化,刺激胚芽与胚根的生长,有利于干物质的积累。
This paper studies the effect of rare earth on seed germination and seedling primary growth of safflower. Experimental results indicated that rare earth elements promoted seed germination, embryo growth, dry matter accumulation, seed vigor and index, substance degradation in seedling of safflower as a result of increasing activation of dehydrogenase and nitrate reductase in embryo and seedlings of safflower. The optimum concentration of safflower seeds was 50 mg/L and 100 mg/L of rare earth.
