摘要 邯宝炼铁厂设计年产生铁500万t,由2座3200m^3高炉组成。设计采用了联合全软水密闭循环系统、高温内燃式热风炉、环保INBA渣处理、富氧喷吹、三电一体自动化控制等先进实用的工艺和技术,达到了当今高炉炼铁技术的先进水平。 With designed capacity of 5 Mt/a, Hanbao Ironmaking Plant includes two 3200m^3 blast furnaces for which several advanced and practical technologies are applied such as combined closed loop soft water circulation system, high temperature internal combustion type hot stove, environment friendly INBA slag treatment process, oxygen enriched injection, integrated EIC control, as a result, the blast furnace realized the state of art level in ironmaking field.
