摘要
对酶法从大豆浓缩磷脂中回收油脂进行了研究,以脂肪酶Lecitase Ultra(EC3.1.1.3)为催化剂,利用其高度特异性磷脂酶A1活力,催化大豆浓缩磷脂水解反应,释放包含的油脂,从而达到回收油脂的目的。反应的最佳条件为:底物浓度60%,温度45℃,加酶量500 mg/kg,反应时间12h,初始pH5.0。在最佳条件下,回收油脂得率可达125%。
Lipase Lecitase Ultra (EC3.1.1.3) possessing highly specific phospholipase A1 activity was used to catalyze the hydrolysis of soybean phospholipids concentrate to recover the oil. The optimum conditions of the reaction were as follows : substrate concentration 60%, reaction temperature 45 ℃, lipase dosage 500 mg/kg, reaction time 12 h,initial pH 5.0. In these optimum conditions, the recovery rate of oil was 125%.
