摘要
在Abaqus/Explicit软件中建立了H型钢热连轧过程的有限元分析模型,并采用截面控制技术确保了连轧过程模拟的顺利完成。分析表明:万能轧制过程中轧件横断面纵向位移的方向在腹板与翼缘连接处发生突变,因此,不合理的轧制工艺有可能导致此处的撕裂。另外,轧制负荷的数值结果的精度可以满足工程应用的需求。
The FEM model of hot continuous rolling of H-beam was built in Abaqus/Explicit, and the simulation was accomplished by using the section control technique, through which the following conclusions could be drawn: the vertical displacement direction of the h-beam section changes at the coupling section of the blank and web. Therefore, unreasonable rolling parameters may cause breaking. Besides, the calculated result of the predicted rolling force meets with the needs of engineering practice.
