摘要 为减少在役支柱绝缘子断裂事故,提高其检出率及检测速度,笔者首次研究了将整体损伤检测法——振动法引入绝缘子检测的可行性,并设计了4个试样绝缘子的自由悬挂与地面放置状态试验,用力锤激励绝缘子使其振动并采集加速度响应信号,对采集的信号分别进行频谱分析和小波包分析,以提取损伤特征参数,并比较这两种信号处理方法的优劣。结果表明,用3层小波包分解的信号处理方法可有效检测出支柱绝缘子4 mm深的裂纹损伤。 In order to cut down the cracking accidents of in-service porcelain insulators, enhance the detectable rate and detecting velocity of a detection method, this paper proposed a vibration-based damage detection method for detecting insulators by making use of the global damage detection method. Four freely suspended or on-ground porcelain insulators were tested with an aluminum hammer activating them Vibration signal and acceleration response were analyzed respectively with frequency spectrum analysis and wavelet packet analysis to achieve fault characteristic parameter. The results indicated that a 4ram deep defect could be effectively detected by utilizing wavelet packet analysis
