摘要
采用解析法优化设计了立式扭簧激光导光臂(VTSLGBA),在允许的工作波动范围内绘出导光臂的载荷曲线,然后设计出一条扭簧的扭矩曲线使其与导光臂的载荷曲线相匹配,再根据匹配结果确定扭簧的设计参数。所设计的扭簧的圈数为7,中径为40.5mm,簧丝直径为3.7mm时,设计得到的导光臂光程长1.5m,焦点偏轴量小于1mm,有效通光口径为15mm。
The Vertical torsion spring laser guide beam arm (VTSLGBA)is designed by analYtic method, and the load curve is mapmaked in the permited fluctuation range, A torsion spr ng curve is designed to match with the VTSLGBA's feature Curve, and the torsion spring design parameter can be confirmed according to the match result.The ring number of the designed torsion spring is 7,the middle diameter is 40.5 mm and the spring thread is 3.7 mm.The designed VTSLGBA light length is 1.5m,the axle deviation is below 1mm and the effective diameter is 15 mm.
