摘要
目的观察茯苓甘草汤对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃液体排空及胃窦中一氧化氮(NO)及乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)含量的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法48只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、莫沙必利组及茯苓甘草汤组。采用盐酸灌胃模型,以硝酸还原酶法测定胃窦NO的含量,化学比色法测定胃窦AChE的含量。结果茯苓甘草汤组大鼠胃内液体残留率低于模型组,与正常组比较无明显差别;茯苓甘草汤组较模型组可明显降低胃窦NO含量,增加胃窦AChE的含量。结论茯苓甘草汤能显著促进FD大鼠胃液体排空,并且在增加胃窦部AChE含量的同时,胃窦部NO含量明显降低。提示茯苓甘草汤可能通过提高胃窦部AChE的含量,降低NO的含量的综合作用以改善FD大鼠胃液体排空延迟。
Objective: To observe the effect of Fulinggancao Decoction on gastric liquid emptying and content of nitric oxide and acetylcholine esteras in the gastric antrum tissue of functional dyspepsia rats and to investigate the mechanism. Methods: All 48 rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, mosapride group and Fulinggancao Decoction group. Animal model of FD was set up by gastric perfusion of hydrochloric acid. The contents of NO and AChE in the antrum tissue were measured by nitrate reductase method and chemical colorimetric method, respectively. Results: The rate of residual liquid in the stomach was significantly lower in the group of Fulinggancao Decoction compared to model group, but has no obvious difference compared to normal group. Fulinggancao Decoction could obviously lower the NO contents and heighten AChE contents in the gastric antrum tissue of model rats. Conclusion: Fulinggancao Decoction could obviously improve the function of gastric emptying liquid, and lowering the NO contents and heighten AChE contents in the gastric antrum tissue. The results suggest that the mechanism of Fulinggancao Decoction improving gastric emptying maybe correlated with it lowering the NO contents and heighten AChE contents in the gastric antrum tissue of functional dyspepsia rats.
