摘要
目的观察大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)模型免疫器官重量(胸腺、脾脏)及体重增长率的变化,探讨姜黄素的免疫药效学。方法将SD大鼠用弗氏完全佐剂(FCA)造模后,分为正常组、模型组、姜黄素组。正常组及模型组,分别给予生理盐水、二甲基亚砜腹腔注射,姜黄素组予姜黄素腹腔注射,正常饲养;15d称重后将大鼠处死,取胸腺、脾脏,电子天平称重,计算重量指数。结果姜黄素组胸腺重量和指数较模型组低,而对脾脏影响不大。结论姜黄素可以降低AA大鼠胸腺重量和脏器指数,从而发挥免疫抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of curcumin on the immune organ' s weight and the growth rate of body weight of rats with adjuvant arthritis(AA) which were induced by freund' s complete adjuvant(FCA), and to investigate the immunifaction pharmacodynamics of curcumin. Methods: The SD rats were divided into normal, control and treatment group after model by FCA. The normal group was given saline, the control group was given dimethyl sulphoxide, and the treatment group was given curcumin, all by intraperitoneal injection. The rats were executed, and the weight of thymus and spleen were recorded, after 15d normal breeding. Results: The thymus weight and ponderal index of treatment group were lower than other group. There was no obvious difference of spleen among the groups. Conclusion: The curcumin can reduce thymus weight and ponderal index of the rats with AA to suppress immunity.
