老年人腹部手术后精神障碍的观察与护理 被引量:5

摘要 老年人手术后易出现精神症状,有时在术后立即出现,但更常见的是术后2~5d出现。术后精神障碍是指术前无精神异常的患者术后出现大脑活动紊乱,主要表现为意识、认知、记忆、定向、精神、运动行为及睡眠等方面的紊乱,称之为术后精神障碍。文献报道老年人术后精神障碍发病率为8%~70%,近年来呈上升趋势。如何减少术后精神症状的发生及促使已发生精神症状患者顺利恢复,护理尤为重要。
