摘要
KMF-1017大功率微波管是我国自己设计制造的一种大功率的真空电子器件,其脉冲功率高达20MW,管内真空度为5×10-7Pa。对于一个成品管,如果发现管内有问题,就需要把管子剖开,进行返修,但每返修一个这样的管子就需要几万元,这将会造成很大的经济损失,在这种情况下,如果我们不把管子剖开,即不破坏原有的真空系统,能不能在管外通过采取一定的手段,来改变管内参数,恢复管子原有性能呢?本文正是讨论一种通过在真空管外的调整来修复管子内部参数的方法。
The KMF-1017 high-power microwave tube, as a kind of vacuum electronic device designed domestically, has a pulse power up to 20MW and air pressure 5×10^-7Pa within the tube. If there is a defect found in the tube in application, the tube must be dismantled and opened to repair. But repairing such a tube has to cost some dozens thousand RMB Yuan, which causes considerable economic loss. So, a method is proposed and discussed to readjust the interior parameters of the tube without dismantling it for repairs, ie., restore the performance of the tube outside the tube without damage to original vacuum system.
