摘要
为纪念《佃农理论》发表四十周年,本文从《佃农理论》对合约理论、产权理论、交易费用理论及对解释中国现实问题四个方面所做的一般性贡献,探讨了《佃农理论》所具有的理论价值和实践价值。
To commemorate the fortieth anniversary of ＂The Theory of Share Tenancy＂, this article discusses the theoretical and practical value of the general contribution by this book in terms of the theory of contract, property right theory, transaction cost theory and the interpretation of the practical problems in China.
