摘要
通过离体茎接种法,对26份番茄材料进行灰霉病抗病资源筛选,结果表明:多毛番茄T2-07-316高抗灰霉病,接种6 d后相对茎侵染率及相对茎腐扩展速率均为0;另有7份转基因普通番茄对灰霉病也表现出较好的抗性,相对茎侵染率在15.00%~38.33%之间,相对茎腐扩展速率在10.22%~23.57%之间,其中以T2-07-337抗性最好。
Through vitro stem inoculation method, resistances of 26 tomato germplasms to gray mold (Botrytis cinerea) were identified. The results showed that Solanum. habrochaites T2- 07- 316 was highly resistant to gray mold with zero of relative stem infection frequency (RSIF) and relative stem rot expansion rate (RSRER) after inoculated 6 days. That other 7 materials showed resistant to the disease with RSIF of15. 00 % -38.33 % and RSRER of 10.22 % -23.57 %, and T2-07-337 showed stronger disease resistance.
