摘要 目的对社区护士岗位培训进行绩效分析,为进一步完善培训机制提供依据。方法采用自制问卷对长春市2007年社区护士岗位培训班5期628名学员进行调查。结果62%的学员认为社区护士岗位培训非常必要;86%的学员对培训方式给予积极的正性评价;8l%的学员认为培训内容与工作联系很紧密;74%的学员认为自己学习态度端正、学习非常认真;认为通过培训所获新知识在自己全部专业知识构成中所占比例达50%以上者,占总人数的61%;有86%的学员认为社区护理工作前景看好,并十分愿意从事社区护理工作。结论社区护士岗位培训是普及社区护理理念、知识及强化社区护士角色的有效途径,而培训的科学性则是取得良好培训效果的基本保障。 Objective Job training for community nurses to performance analysis, to further improve the mechanism provide the basis for training. Method Self-made questionnaire in 2007 in Changchun City of community nurses training posts five 628 students investigation. Result G2 of the participants felt that community nurses job training is necessary;86 percent of the participants of the training methods are a positive evaluation; 81 percent of the participants felt that training and work very closely linked, 74% of the participants felt that their attitude towards learning the correct learning very seriously; think through the training received new information in all their expertise in a proportion of 50 percent or more, of the total number of 61%, 86 % of the participants felt that community care optimistic about job prospects and very willing to engage in community care. Conclusion The community nurses job training is the universal concept of community care knowledge and strengthen the role of community nurses in an effective way and the scientific nature of the training is good training results of basic security.
