ICU中心静脉置管时间与导管相关性感染的研究

Study on the relationship between the central venous catheters-days and the incidence rate of catheter related infection

目的探讨ICU中心静脉置管时间与导管相关感染发生率的因果关系。方法分析ICU中心静脉置管151例患者的导管相关感染(CRI)情况。结果共发生感染23例,感染率15.2%;导管相关血行感染(CRBSI)发生3例,感染率1.98%;感染发生率2.1/千导管置管日。感染病原菌以金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌为主。回归分析显示:导管留置时间与感染率之间存在一定联系(r2=0.81),但差异无显著意义(P=0.29)。结论未发现ICU中心静脉置管时间与导管感染有明确相关性。

Objective To study the relationship between the central venous catheter-days and the catheter related infection. Method Catheter related infection data of 151 patients with central venous catheters in ICU was analyzed retrospectively. Result 23 patients were infected among all patients. The rate of infection was 15.2%. 3 eases was catheter related blood stream infected. The rate of CRBSI was 1.98 %, and the incidence density of CRBSI was 2.1 per 1000 catheter-days. Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermal were account for the most important respective organisms in cases of CRI. A simple linear regression analysis showed a trend of relationship between the duration of catheterization and the incidence of infection（r^2= 0.81）, but there was no significance difference. Conclusion There is no corelationship between the central venous catheter-days and the catheter related infection.
