摘要
360度绩效考核是一种现代考评方式,它全面体现了绩效考核所要求的客观性和公正性理念,能够系统地降低绩效考核的主观性。非营利组织的特性和绩效考核的发展现实对考核过程的客观性和公正性提出了新的要求。本文探讨了非营利组织进行360度绩效考核的适应性,并就非营利组织360度考核的主体设计以及所需的考评支持系统进行了分析。
360 degree evaluation embodies objective and impartial thought for performance appraisal, which can be systematicly reduce subjectivity of performance appraisal. Charateristic and performance appraisal realism of Non -profit organization require attach importance to the objectivity and impartiality in the assessment process. This article not only discusses the adaptability of 360 degree evaluation to the Non profit organization ,but also analyses its main body design and sustaining system in making use of 360 degree evaluation .
