摘要 为了探讨不同程度窒息对新生儿肾功能的影响,观察了38例窒息新生儿的血、尿α_1微球蛋白、β_2微球蛋白和血尿素氮、肌酐。结果表明:α_1微球蛋白、β_2微球蛋白比尿素氮、肌酐敏感,窒息的程度与肾功能的损害成正比,而且肾小球滤过率比肾小管先恢复。 In order to invesigate the influence of asphyxia on neonate renal function,the levels of α1-mi-croglobulin and β2-microglobulin in blood,urine,and serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in 38 neonates with different degree asphyxia were determined. The results showed that during neonate asphyxia the measurement of α1-microglobulin and β2-microglobulin was more sensitive than that of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine. Renal dysfunction was associated with the degree of asphyxia and glomerular filtration rate recovered earlier than tubular reabsorption function.
