癫痫患者大脑皮质凋亡细胞的观察及意义

Observation on Apoptotic Cells in Cerebral Cortex of Epileptic Patients and Implication

对14例癫痫患者手术切除痫灶皮质进行光镜和透射电镜观察。结果发现,光镜下各例均显示脑实质内微血管畸形;电境下的改变提示:癫痫患者痫灶皮质坏死与凋亡细胞并存。并从免疫和凋亡的关系上讨论其意义。

Study of the structure of epileptogenic discharge focus in 14 epileptic patients with operation was carried out under light and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that microvascular malformation in cerebral cortex were found in all the cases. Ultrastructurally,Some cases showed the presence of necrosis and apoptosis of neurons. The implication for the relationship between immune and apoptosis was also discussed.
