摘要
测定85例老年脑白质疏松患者和80例正常人的血清脂质、载脂蛋白,结果发现,脑白质疏松患者血清甘油三酯(TG)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平明显提高;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白Al(ApoAl)水平及ApoAl/ApoB比值明显降低。TG、ApoB水平的增高和HDL-C水平及ApoAl/ApoB比值降低与脑白质疏松的严重程度有关。
The level of serum lipid and apolipoprotein was measured in 85 aged patients with leukoaraio-sis and 80 normal subjects. The results showed that the serum level of triglyceride (TG),apolipoprotein B (ApoB)were significantly higher than in the control group. The serum level of high density lipoprotein (HDL-C).apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)and ApoA1/ApoB were significantly lower than in the control group. The serious degree of leukoaraiosis was related to the increase of TG,ApoB and the decrease of HDL-C,ApoA1/ ApoB.
