摘要
国内第一套采用Prime-G^+技术的FCC汽油选择性加氢脱硫装置稳定塔在开工初期操作不稳,塔顶压力和回流罐中不凝气流量大幅度波动。分析表明,加氢脱硫产品分离罐液位测量不准、进料扰动导致罐内气、液、水三相分离不好,是稳定塔操作不正常的主要原因。针对上述原因调整操作后,稳定塔操作很快正常。
The stabilizer of the Prime-G ^+ unit operated unstably in start-up stage. The tower overhead pressure and the flow rate of the non-condensable gas from the reflux drum fluctuated greatly. Analysis and study of the operation conditions indicated that poor separation of water, oil and gas phases in the HDS product separator drum resulting from inaccurate level measurement and feed disturbance were the main cause of the tower malfunctions. The stabilizer operated stably after effective measures had been taken.
