摘要
在直径1200 mm的冷模实验塔内,以空气-水为介质,对多降液管筛孔塔板进行了塔板压力降性能的实验研究。结果表明,多降液管筛孔塔板压力降低于普通筛孔塔板,与气速、液量等操作条件以及塔板上的汽液接触状态相关。对实验数据拟合,得到了可用于工程设计的压力降模型,并用工业数据进行了校核,为分析多降液管筛孔塔板的降液管性能、雾沫夹带和泄漏性能以及塔板的操作上、下限提供了必要基础。
The hydraulic performances of muhi-downcomer sieve tray were investigated experimentally in the Ф1 200 mm (ID) simulator with air/water system, especially for the pressure drop characteristic of the tray. It is found out that the pressure drop of muhi-downcomer sieve tray is greatly influenced by the gas velocity, liquid rate and contacting regime of vapor/liquid phase, and is lower than that of the conventional sieve tray. The correlation for the pressure drop was developed by regressing the experimental data, which can be used in engineering design. It provides a great help to analyze other hydraulic performances of downcomer, entrainment and leak rate as well as the upper and lower operating limits of trays.
