摘要
针对传统设计模式可操作性差的问题,本文详细分析了SPS柔性设计的确定性和不确定性影响因素,提出了柔性分析和设计策略,即在确定性条件下优化设计建模工作的基础上,充分集成工艺过程能量系统的设计以提高SPS柔性的思路,将SPS设计层次的确定性和不确定性变化因素进行分类处理,深入挖掘各种不确定性因素的变化规律,摈弃传统预测方法误差过大的缺点,对柔性设计潜力进行了进一步挖掘,为进一步的建模求解提供参考。
The steam power system (SPS) is an important system to provide steam and power for the operation of various process units. Therefore, the conversion, transmission efficiency and operation control flexibility have a direct impact on the economics and stability of commercial operation. On the basis of poor operability of conventional design, the certainty and uncertainty of flexible design of steam power system are studied in detail and flexibility analysis strategy is proposed. Based upon the optimization of design modeling under the certainty conditions, the integrated design of process energy system should be maximized to improve SPS flexibility, the certainty and uncertainty factors should be classified in SPS design to know the changing law of uncertainty so as to minimize the error in conventional prediction and tap the potential of flexible design.
