摘要
中国石化荆门分公司对0.8Mt/a催化裂解装置进行节能改造,以相关联的几股物流组成的局部换热网络作为优化的对象。利用窄点技术进行分析,并制定换热流程优化方案。经过两次改造后,降低了装置的蒸汽和循环水消耗,产生的经济效益约630×10^4RMB¥/a,投资回收期不到4个月。
The energy-saving modification was implemented in the 16,000 B/D TPY deep catalytic cracking unit of Jingmen Company with pinch technology. The optimizing target was a partial heat exchanger networks composed of several relating streams. The heat exchanger networks was analyzed with pinch technology and an optimized heat exchange train was developed. After twice modifications, the consumptions of the steam and the cooling water were reduced. The economic benefits of modification was 6,300,000 Yuan RMB/yr. The payoff period of investment was less than 4 months
