事故排水提升站的设计

摘要 根据《水体污染防控紧急措施设计导则》要求及石油化工企业特点,结合中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司0.6 Mt/a对二甲苯联合装置事故排水提升站的设计,阐述了石油化工企业发生事故时的事故排水对附近水体造成污染的防止措施,提出应确立对事故排水的收集、储存及处理三方面进行严格控制的设计理念。 Based upon the requirements in "Design Directives of Preventive and Control Measures for Water Body Pollution" and special features of operation of petrochemical industry as well as the engineering design of a lifting pump station of emergency waste water for a 600,000 TPY PX complex in Jinling Petrochemical Company, measures to prevent pollution of nearby water body by emergency waste water in petrochemical operation are described. The strict control design concept is established in respect of collection, storage and treatment-of emergency waste water.
