摘要
介绍了炼化企业蒸汽轮机凝汽器循环水使用现状,以克拉玛依石化分公司催化裂化装置的蒸汽轮机为例,提出了凝汽器循环水再利用的设想。理论分析和应用实例验证了蒸汽轮机凝汽器循环水再利用的可行性。催化裂化装置蒸汽轮机的凝汽器循环水再利用后,装置可节约循环水1000t/h,节能效益285×10^4RMB¥/a。
The status-quo of utilization of cooling water from steam turbine condensers in petroleum refining and petrochemical industries are described. The reuse of cooling water from steam turbine condensers is proposed. The theoretical analysis and application verified the feasibility of the cooling water reuse, which can provide a good reference for the installations of condensing steam turbines in petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants.
