Bcl-2及相关蛋白bax在人肝胆管癌中的表达及意义

Significance of bcl2 and its corresponding protein bax expressing in cholangicellular carcinoma

应用免疫组化方法研究２１例肝胆管癌中ｂｃｌ－２及相关蛋白ｂａｘ的表达，以探讨两者与肝胆管癌发生的关系。结果发现２１例肝胆管癌中癌细胞阳性１５例，阳性率为７１．４％，ｂｃｌ－１表达与组织学分级有明显关系（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ｂａｘ阳性表达率较低，为９．５％。结论：ｂｃｌ２与肝胆管细胞癌的发生关系密切。还可作为肝胆管预后评估的一项参考指标。

To study the interrelation between apoptosis gene and cholangicellular carcinoma(CCC).Expression of bcl2 and bax were detected in 21 cases of CCC with immunohistochemistry method.The results showed that 71 4% of CCC expressed bcl2 protein.Expression of bcl2 was related to the histological grade.Howere only 9 5% of CCC expressed bax.It suggested that CCC was closely related with bcl2 overexpression,but no relation with bax.
