CD_3AK细胞对肝癌患者细胞免疫功能影响

The Effect of CD3AK Cells on Cellular Immunity Function in Patients with liver cancer

本文采用抗ＣＤ３单克隆抗体激活的杀伤细胞（ＣＤ３ＡＫ）对３８例原发性肝癌患者进行治疗，并对该患者治疗前后的Ｔ细胞亚群进行测定。观察ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞对肝癌的疗效以及对该患者细胞免疫功能影响。结果显示：肝癌患者治疗后ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４和ＣＤ８均比治疗前有不同程度的增高，ＣＤ３和ＣＤ４均有统计学意义。提示ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞能增强肝癌患者细胞免疫功能。

The antiCD3 antibody induced activated killer cells(CD3AK)were applied to treat 38 patients with primary liver cancer.The T cell subgroups were tested before and after the treatment to observe the curative effects and the effects on the immune function of the patients.It was showed that the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD8 were raised to varying degrees,and the changes of the levels of CD3 and CD4 were of statistical significance.It was indicated that CD3AK can enhance the cellular immunity function of the patients with liver cancer.The clinical curative effects were also observed.
