摘要
目的研究低氧对胰岛功能的影响。方法选择有不同程度呼吸困难、发绀、缺氧的无糖尿病史病人１９例，采用吸氧、抗感染对症治疗，进行治疗前后多项指标观察。结果治疗后较治疗前缺氧改善、血氧分压明显上升，血清胰岛素、Ｃ肽水平有明显上升。提示低氧能引起胰岛功能降低。结论临床上对有低氧血症，尤其是伴有糖尿病易患因素的病人，应该积极改善和纠正缺氧状况，维持血氧分压在正常范围，以保护胰岛细胞。
bjective Studies of the influence of hypoxemia on function of pancreatic islets. Method 19 patients with various degrees of dyspnea, cyanosis and anoxia were observed with some parameters before and after oxygen, anti-infection and expectant treatment. Results Levels of serum insulin and C peptide significantly increased along with the improvement of hypoxia and elevation of partial pressure of oxygen in blood following treatment. Conclusion Hypoxia may cause the decrease of pancreatic islet function.
