摘要
采用L9(34)正交试验设计,进行钼(钼酸铵)、播种量和行距三因素,3个不同水平组合,对岷山红三叶生长发育、异黄酮含量和种子生产的影响进行研究。结果表明,钼、播种量和行距对岷山红三叶盛花期鲜草产量、异黄酮含量、种子生产的影响不同。钼虽然对岷山红三叶鲜草产量和异黄酮含量没有显著影响,但可显著提高单位面积岷山红三叶的有效分枝数、花序数、种子产量;适当增加播种量有利于提高岷山红三叶鲜草产量和异黄酮含量。
Orthogonal design(L9 (3^4)) was used to study the effect of Mo, seeding rate and row spacing on yield and isoflavone content of Minshan red--clover. The results showed that the Mo (9900(g · hm^2)) could significantly increase effective branch number/m2 , spike number/mz and seed yield of Minshan red-- clover, the effective branch number/m^2, spike number/m^2 and seed yield increased by 12.96%, 23.35% and 14.62% compared with A1(4800 (g · hm^-2)) and increased them by 14.01%, 22.38% and 25.99% compared with A2(7500 (g · hm^-2 )) respectively, but had no significant effect on grass growth and isoflavone content. The grass yield and isoflavone content could increase with proper increase of seeding rate.
