利用高光谱技术无损伤探测高羊茅草坪草营养状况研究 被引量:9

摘要 以高羊茅草坪草为材料,通过不同施肥处理,分别测定其反射光谱和叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量,获得能够代表草坪草营养状况的参数和比值植被指数(RVI)的最佳波段组合来快速监测草坪草的营养状况。结果表明,通过不同施肥处理,高羊茅色素含量显著提高(P<0.05),与光谱反射曲线经包络线归一化后的吸收深度变化一致。同时,红边位置随着施肥浓度的增加红移程度先增加后减小。对叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量及叶绿素与类胡萝卜素的比值与RVI进行相关性分析,得到叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的比值与RVI相关性最好,相关系数大于0.76,最佳波段组合为RVI=R764/R738,而叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量与RVI的相关性次之。 Estimating nutrition status in Festuca arundinacea using hyperspectral remote sensing technique was studied to obtain a parameter which stand for Festuca arundinacea nutrition level and select an optimal number of hyperspectral bands to calculate ratio vegetation index (RVI) for estimation of nutrition. The results showed that the content of pigments were increased in Festuca arundinacea under different fertilization level and were consistent with the continuum removed absorbed depth of reflectance spectra. The extent of the red edge position moved to the direction of long wave increased, and then decreased with the fertilization level enhanced. After correlation analysis among the concentration of chlorophylls (Chls) and carotenoids (Cars), Chls/Cars ratio and RVI , correlation coefficient of Chls/Cars ratio and RVI was more than 0.76, and the optimum spectrum band combination was 738nm and 764 nm. Therefore, the results may provide the theoretical support for rapid monitoring nutritional status of Festuca arundinacea.
