摘要
选择体外抗DNA、抗CDL抗体双阳性的SLE病人B细胞做为靶细胞,分别与不同的SLE病人或正常人CD4+CD45+T细胞亚群共同培养。结果显示,SLE病人CD4+CD45RO+T细胞对自身抗体的产生有明显的辅助作用,而CD4+CD45RA+T细胞的上述作用不明显。健康人CD4+CD45RO+T细胞及CD4+CD45RA+T细胞对自身抗体的产生均有抑制作用。还观察到,病人B细胞在接受CD4+CD45RO+T细胞的调控实验中,必须利用合适的DNA、CDL抗原浓度。
B cells of SLE patients which could secret antiDNA and antiCDL antibodies in vitro were selected as target cells.These target cells were respectively cultured with different T cell subsets of CD4+,CD4+ CD45+ of SLE patients or of normal persons.The results demonstrated that CD4+ CD45+ T cells had the obviously auxiliary effect on the generation of autoimmune antibodies,but the abovementioned effect of CD4+ CD45RA+ T cells was not obvious.CD4+ CD45RO+ T cells and CD4+ CD45RA+ T cells all had inhibitory effect on the generation of autoimmune antibodies in normal persons.It had also been observed that B cells of SLE patients were regulated and controlled by CD4+ CD45RO+ T cells,and at the meantime that these cells were effected by antigens such as DNA,CDL and so on.
