摘要
对单极性三阶SPWM波进行了谐波分析,指出了UPWM和HPWM存在的缺点,给出了CPWM逆变控制方式的原理,并基于CPWM方式对单极性正弦波逆变控制电路进行了具体设计,最后研制了一台独立光伏系统用单相正弦波逆变器。实验结果表明,基于CPWM控制方式的正弦波逆变器性能优良,具有实用价值。
Harmonic of SPWM-wave in unipolar mode is analyzed and the defects of UPWM and HPWM are pointed out. The principle of CPWM control mode is given, based on which the control circuit of the unipolar sine-wave inverter is designed. In the end, a single-phase sine-wave inverter for stand-alone PV system is developed. Experimental results shows that the inverter based on CPWM has fine performances and can be used in practice.
