摘要 专家系统在电力系统恢复中的应用取得了一定的成果,但针对大停电之后的系统恢复(黑启动)研究和应用较少。对黑启动的恢复策略问题做了研究,提出将黑启动恢复过程的三个阶段(电源、网架、负荷)综合考虑的恢复策略。根据黑启动三个恢复阶段的层次性和联系性,设计并开发了基于黑板模型专家系统的黑启动决策支持系统,在某地区电网的实际应用中取得了满意的效果,证明了该模型的理论意义和实用价值。 The application of expert system in power system restoration has made some progress, but not for black start, i.e. the restoration of power system after blackout. In this paper, the strategy for black start is studied. The restoration of black start generally consists of three procedures, i.e. source restoration, skeleton restoration and load restoration. The paper analyses the hierarchy and connectivity of the three restoration procedure, designs a black-start decision support system based on blackboard modeled expert system, and then develops the system. The operation of the system on a practical power grid proves its value of both theory and annlicatian
