摘要
为了更好地将专家经验与定量计算相结合,合理地处理电力光缆线路可靠性评估指标存在的不确定性以及专家判断的模糊性,引入了不确定型层次分析法(AHP)对电力光缆线路进行模糊综合评估。根据多位专家确定的区间判断矩阵,采用群判断、集值统计与重心决策理论相结合的方法来求解区间权重的最优值,依据隶属度函数对指标评语进行模糊化处理并构建矩阵,最后应用模糊综合评估技术得到电力光缆线路的综合量化评估结果。实例分析表明应用不确定型层次分析法进行电力光缆线路的可靠性评估是可行的。
In order to better combine the expert experience and quantitative calculation ,meanwhile, successfully deal with uncertainties in electric power optical cable line reliability assessment indicators and vague of experts' judgment, an Uncertain Analytic Hierarchy Process is introduced and applied to fuzzy comprehensive assessment in electric power optical cable line. According to many experts determined interval judgment matrix, the optimized weight values were made by using the group judgment and collected value statistic and center of gravity decision method. The comment scores are fuzzed through membership function of fuzzy theory and construct fuzzy matrix, finally we will gained the quantities evaluating result by adopting fuzzy comprehensive assessment technology. An instance is given to prove the feasibility of using the method in electric power optical cable line reliability assessment.
