化、放疗治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期咽淋巴环NHL(附25例临床分析)

Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy for Stage III Non Hodgkins Lymphoma of Waldeyers Ring-An Analysis of 25 Cases

咽淋巴环非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）常规首选放疗，我们自１９８０～１９９０年对收治的２５例原发于咽淋巴环Ⅰ、Ⅱ期ＮＨＬ的病人，采用化疗－放疗－化疗即“三明治”法，亦取得可喜的近期及远期疗效。所有２５例均经病理证实，按照ＡｎｎＡｒｂｏｒ临床分期，Ⅰ期８例，Ⅱ期１７例。近期疗效：完全缓解（ＣＲ）２０例，部分缓解（ＰＲ）３例。远期疗效，其１、３、５年生存率分别为８８％、７６％、６４％，高于单纯放疗。本文阐明了化疗的作用及意义，并结合临床观察结果。

Radiotherapy is the treatment of choice for early primary nonHodgkins lymphoma (NHL)in the Waldeyers ring.A combination of Chemotherapyradiotherapychemotherapy'Sandwich' therapy, had been used in the treatment of 25 histologically proven cases from 1980 to 1990 with encouraging result. By Ann Arbor Staging there were 8 cases of stage I and 17 stage II. CR was achieved in 20 cases, PR in 3 cases with an overall responsive rate of (CR+PR) 92%. The 1, 3, 5year survival rates of the 25 cases were 88%, 76%, and 64% respectively. Evidently, the 'Sandwich' therapy is superior to RT alone in this series. 
