Diagnosis and Treatment of Renal Angiomyolipoma

报告１８例肾错构瘤，Ｂ超和ＣＴ扫描的特点分别是强回声和低密度，选择性肾动脉造影显示多发性小动脉样改变，因此，它们对肾错构瘤的诊断具有重要价值。直径小于４ｃｍ的肿瘤，亦应考虑手术治疗。

The authors present their clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of 18 patients with angiomyolipoma of the kidney.Accentuated echo sign in Bultrasonic examination,extralow density in CT and peudoaneurysmal dilatation of the renal arterioles in selective angiography were the main diagnostic features in these patients.The authors suggest that surgical treatment should be considered even when tumor is smaller than 4cm in diameter, and that it is advisable to reserve the normal kidney tissues as much as possible at surgery.
