摘要
目的探讨隐匿型冠心病患者血中溶血磷脂酸(LPA)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白AⅠ(ApoAⅠ)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平变化。方法搜集隐匿型冠心病患者(27例)及健康对照组(30例)的血液标本,采用免疫比浊法测定TC、TG、LDL、HDL、ApoAⅠ、ApoB水平,用多元线性回归分析LPA的影响因素。结果隐匿型冠心病患者TC、TG、LDL、ApoB、LPA水平明显高于健康对照组,HDL、ApoAⅠ低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。直线相关分析显示,LPA与TG、LDL、ApoB呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL、ApoAⅠ呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,LDL(回归系数0.47,P<0.05)、HDL(回归系数-0.41,P<0.05)、ApoB(回归系数0.39,P<0.05)纳入回归方程。结论血脂和LPA与隐匿型冠心病的发病密切相关,LPA与TG、LDL、HDL、ApoAⅠ、ApoB具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the change of LPA,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,Apo AⅠand Apo B in the latent coronary heart disease. Methods 27 patients were cnolled as experimental group, and 30 patients as control group. The levels of TC, TG, LDL,Apo B and LPA were measured in all subjects. The influencing factors were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Results In the experimental group, the levels of TC, TG, LDL,Apo B and LPA were apparently higher than that in the control group, but the levels of HDL and Apo A Ⅰ were lower than that in the control group. There was a significant defterence between two groups (P 〈 0. 01 ). According to the linear correlation analysis, LPA was positively related to TG, LDL and Apo B, but it was negatively related to HDL, Apo A Ⅰ ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The multi - dimensional stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that LDL ( regression coefficient 0. 47, P 〈 0. 05 ) ), HDL ( regression coefficient - 0. 41, P 〈 0. 05 ), Apo B ( regression coefficient 0. 39, P 〈 0. 05 ) integrate into the regression equation. Conclusion Blood fats and LPA is closely related to latent coronary heart disease. At the same time, LPA has the relevance with TG, LDL, HDL, Apo A Ⅰ and Apo B.
