从“科学时代”到“技术创新时代”

From the Science Age to the Technology age

从十九世纪开始,科学与技术的关系可分为两个阶段:科学时代与技术创新时代。从前一时代到后一时代,以创新为基本价值取向的"技术文化"取代了或正在取代以追求(相对)真理为基本价值取向的"科学文化"。这种变化源于科学的高度分化及技术体系的庞大、复杂。

This paper holds that from the 19th century onwards the relationship between science and technology fall into two phases： science age and technology innovation age. In the process of the transformation from the first phase into the second one, the ＂technology culture＂ with innovation as the basic value has taken or is taking the place of ＂science culture＂ with （relative） truth seeking as the basic value. This paper analyses the causes responsible for this change.
