基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2在贲门癌患者血清和肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 我们应用酶联吸附免疫和免疫组织化学染色分别检测了40例贲门癌患者的术前血清和术后标本中基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂(TIMP)-2的表达,探讨TIMP-2在贲门癌发生发展中的作用,以及TIMP-2在术前血清和术后标本中表达的关系。
