Research on the Organizational Culture of Lean Production

阐述了精益生产的理论基础和理论架构,并对精益生产的组织文化特征进行了分析,指出大多数企业看到的精益生产方式作业多是表象的,若只依此来执行自己企业的精益生产方式,则会受到限制。潜藏在外显的作业流程下,有着深层的组织文化,必须通过解读组织文化外显的人为饰物,挖掘其组织价值观与规范,了解精益生产组织文化的基本假定,并调整自己的组织文化去符合此种基本假定,才能建立一个真正的精益生产方式的企业。

The paper describes the theoretical basis and structure of lean production, analyzes the organizational cultural features of the lean production and points out that only if the organizational values and norms are digged out, the basic cultural assumptions are understood and the organizational culture is adjusted to meet with those basic assumtions, can a true lean production enterprise be established.
