综放支架支护强度与煤层采出厚度关系的研究 被引量:31

摘要 基于厚煤层综放开采过程中,支护强度1.0 MPa以上的强力支架出现支架压死、立柱损坏等矿压显现强烈情况,分析了综放支架支护强度确定方法存在的问题,给出了厚煤层适宜的支架支护强度确定方法。采用数值模拟方法研究了综放支架支护强度与煤层采出厚度之间的关系,结果表明支架支护强度与煤层厚度成正相关关系,当煤层厚度达到一定极限后,受支架支护强度不能无限增大的限制,需要进行分层开采。 During the fully mechanized top coal caving mining in the thick seam, there were supports jammed, support cylinder failure and strong strata behavior occurred on the power hydraulic powered supports with a support strength over 1.0 MPa. The paper analyzed the existing problems in the support strength determined method for the hydraulic powered supports applied to the fully mechanized top coal caving mining and provided the support strength determined method of the hydraulic powered supports suitable for the thick seam. The numerical simulation method was applied to study the relationship between the support strength of the hydraulic powered support applied in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining and the thickness mined in the seam. The results showed that there was a positive related relationship between the support strength of the hydraulic powered support and the seam thickness. When the seam thickness reached to a certain limit, due to the limitation of the support strength increased, the thick seam should be mined with the slicing mining.
