摘要 为了防止复杂条件下,岩层松软、自稳性较差的潘一矿二副井深井马头门出现破坏,在分析其受力机理的基础上,提出在马头门处上口井壁结构中,采用单锥形大壁座和受力性能较好的SFRC50钢纤维混凝土。并在马头门支护中采用了锚、网、喷、索+U型钢支架+锚索束初次支护、钢筋混凝土碹体二次支护和深浅孔注浆补强加固的复合支护结构。工程实践后的结构受力监测结果表明:采用提出的新型支护结构以后,东、西马头门钢筋混凝土碹体和上口井壁受力稳定,支护结构安全可靠。 In order to prevent failure occurred in the soft and poor stability strata at the ingate of the mine auxiliary shaft in Panji No. 1 Mine under the complicated geological conditions, based on the analysis of the stressed mechanism, a cone large wall base and SFRC50 steel fiber concrete with good stressed performances were provided to the mine shaft linear structure above the mine shaft ingate. The primary support with the bolt, steel mesh, shotcreting, anchor plus U type steel support plus anchor, the secondary support with reinforced concrete lining and the deep and the complex support structure with deep and shallow borehole grouting were applied to the support of the ingate. After the project practiced, the structure stressed monitoring and measurement results showed that after the new type support structure applied, the reinforced concrete lining at the east and west ingates and the mine shaft linear stressed above the ingate were stable and the support structures were safe and reliable.
