摘要
为了有效治理平煤集团矸石山的自燃,对矸石山火灾的灭火方法、灭火材料以及灭火系统设备进行了选择,并确定用以灭火的浆液中的粉煤灰和黄土比例为1:2,注浆量为1~2 t/m^2,钻孔间距一般取1 m,钻孔深度为2.5 m;对自燃矸石山的注浆灭火应遵循自下而上、由外到里、从低温区到高温区、从氧化区到燃烧区的原则。注浆结果表明:在注浆后的第5天,自燃的矸石已经熄灭,着火区的温度一般在20 d左右即可降至30~40℃的正常温度。
In order to effectively control the spontaneous combustion on the coal refuse dumping hill in Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group, the selection was conducted on the fire extinguishing method, fire extinguishing material and fire extinguishing system equipment for the coal refuse dumping hill. The fly ash and loess mixing ratio in the fire extinguishing grouting was 1 : 2 as determined. The grouting quantity was 1 to 2 t/m^2 , the distance between the boreholes was about 1 m and the depth of the borehole was 2. 5 m. The grouting fire extinguishing for the spontaneous combustion coal refuse dumping hill shall adhere to the principle from the bottom to the top, from the outside to the inside, from the low temperature area to high temperature area and from the oxidized area to the combustion area. The grouting results showed that after 5 days of the grouting operation, the spontaneous combustion of coal refuse was put' out and the temperature at the firing area was reduced to the normal temperature of 30 to 40 ℃ after about 20 days .
