顶装煤工艺改为捣固炼焦工艺后的问题分析

Analysis on Problems of Top Coal Loading Technique Replaced by Tamping Coking Technique

捣固炼焦工艺虽然相对于顶装煤工艺可以改善焦炭质量,并能降低炼焦用煤的质量。但将顶装煤焦炉直接改为捣固装煤焦炉,亦存在不少问题,以某焦化公司为例,主要从生产工艺,加热工艺,炉体结构和生产管理4个方面分析了由顶装煤工艺改为捣固炼焦工艺后存在的问题,分析相关原因,并进行了技术总结,对今后其他炼焦厂的技术改造很有参考价值。

In comparison with the top coal loading technique, the tamping eoking technique could improve the coke quality and reduce the quality of coal for eoking. But there are still existing problems of the top coal loading eoking oven replaced by the tamping coal loading coking oven. Taking Shanxi Jinhui Coking Company as the example, the paper analyzed the existing problems of the top coal loading technique replaced by the tamping eoking technique mainly from the views of the production technique, heating technique, oven structure and production management. The paper analyzed the related causes and had the technical summarization, which could be the reference value to the technical reeonstruetion in other coking plants.
