摘要 为提高喷吹煤粉的燃烧率,利用差热分析天平,采用TG曲线计算燃烧率,考察了以主成分为石灰石、生石灰和熟白云石的3种不同添加剂对山西长治钢铁公司高炉喷吹煤粉燃烧性能的影响,并对具有较好促燃作用的添加剂进行饱和用量研究。试验结果表明,不同添加剂对不同喷吹煤具有不同的促燃效果;以生石灰为主要成分的添加剂促燃效果最好,其对混合煤粉的促燃饱和浓度为4%。 In order to improve the combustion rate of the blow purferlized coal, with the application of the thermal differential analytical balance and the TG curve to calculate the combustion rate, the paper investigated three kinds of additives which principal components respectively were limes tone, raw limestone and magenefer affected to the purferlized coal combustion performances of the blast-furnace blow in Shanxi Changzhi Iron and Steel Company. Also the paper had a study on the unsaturated quantity for the additive with good combustion assistance function. The test results showed that the different additives would have different combustion assistance results to the blowing, the additive with main content of raw limestone would have the best of the combustion assistance result and the saturated density of the combustion to the mixed purferlized coal would be 4 %.
