环孢子虫病诊断技术研究进展

Research progress on diagnostic technology of cyclosporiasis

摘要 环孢子虫病是一种严重的人兽共患寄生虫病,人或家畜只要食入极少量的环孢子虫卵囊就可感染,出现腹泻症状,给人类的健康和世界养殖业造成了极大的危害,因此建立快速、特异、敏感的环孢子虫病诊断方法非常重要。该文对近年来国内外环孢子虫病诊断技术的研究进展进行综述。 Cyclosporiasis is a serious parasitic zoonosis. It can cause great harm to health of mankind and animal husbandry in the world, because the human beings or animals may appear diarrhea symptom, even if they ingested a few ooeysts of Cyclospora sp.. Therefore, it's very important to establish a fast, specific and sensitive diagnostic method of eyclosporiasis. The recent research progress on diagnostic technology of cyclosporiasis at home and abroad were reviewed.
