面临大发展的中国造船业

China shipbuilding industry facing with rapid development

本文在充分肯定中国造船业在新中国成立后、特别是改革开放后取得突出成绩的基础上，指出中国船舶工业的发展面临着“上规模”、“上等级”的转折点，进而提出应尽快确立中国造船工业为国家支柱产业的论点。

After reviewing the successes achieved in the past years since the foundation of the People's Republic of China, and especially since the starting of opening and reforming, the paper points out that the industry is now at a turning point of “Go ahead for larger scale” and “Go ahead for higher grade”. The paper calls for setting China′s shipbuilding industry as one of the main stays of China's industry as early as possible.
