中西医结合康复对小儿脑性瘫痪早期干预的临床疗效评价

Evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese and Western medicine in rehabilitation affecting early intervention on infants with cerebral palsy

目的观察中西医结合康复对小儿脑性瘫痪早期干预的临床疗效及中医针刺按摩对疗效的影响。方法将48例小儿脑性瘫痪早期患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予功能训练及电刺激治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的同时再予以进行针刺及手法按摩,分别在治疗前1d、治疗后1、3、6个月进行GMFM评估,对比两组疗效,比较视性立直、躯干立直、降落伞反射的出现时间。结果治疗组三项姿势反射的出现时间先于对照组(P<0.01),GMFM评分高于对照组(P<0.01),正常化率74.1%高于对照组42.9%(P<0.05),治疗组有效率(96.3%)与对照组(95.2%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合康复疗效优于单纯功能训练及电刺激治疗,中医针刺按摩可以提高小儿脑性瘫痪早期干预的临床疗效,促进脑瘫患儿正常化发育,早期中西医结合康复是小儿脑性瘫痪理想的治疗方案。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese and Western medicine in rehabilitation intervening early infants with cerebral palsy and the affection of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage on the clinical therapeutic effect. Methods 48 infants with cerebral palsy were divided randomly into treatment group and control group given samply tunction training and electric treatment, besides it, acupuncture and massage applied to treatment group. The gross motor function measure change was assessed on the day before treatment and after treatment for one month, three months and six months, the assessment results and the therapeutic effect compared respectively between the two groups, the time the eye righting reflex happening investigated as well as the body righting reflex and the parachute reflex. Results The score of the gross motor function measure was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.01 ）, the time of treatment group the three posture reflexes happening was obviously faster than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, normalized rate 74. 1% was higher than control group 42. 9% （P 〈 0. 05 ）, effective rate was unobvious between the treatment group 96. 3 % and control group 95.2% （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment group had the advantage of the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage may increase the clinical therapeutic effect of early intervention on infants with cerebral palsy, and promote the normalized development of infants with cerebral palsy, Chinese and Western medicine in rehabilitation interventing early on infants with cerebral palsy is an ideal rehabilitation treatment method for infants with cerebral palsy.
